On to the second part…
Fourth Day:
We woke up early, spent some more time in Cardiff, and then went to Gloucester (halfway between Wales and Stratford-upon-Avon :D). We visited a church I’ve already forgotten the name, ate and then went to the Tailor of Gloucester’s House, which is now a museum and shop dedicated to Beatrix Potter’s work. After, we had ice cream (mmm!) and went to the Cathedral, magnificent and very interesting… (We had forgotten they had filmed Harry Potter there until we entered the cloister XD)
And we traveled to Stratford-upon-Avon. That first evening, we just investigated a little our surroundings – where the theatre was, where to eat, things like that-. We discovered, when we entered the Courtyard theatre, that they had the costumes on the hall (!!!) while the play was being represented – to make possible for the actors to exit through all four corners of the stage, change and enter again without having to go to the backstage. Actually, we entertained the idea to steal Hamlet’s crown, but… We didn’t, obviously :P
Afterwards, we had dinner on this wonderful (but expensive T__T) Malaysian restaurant…
Fifth Day (aka H Day)
We woke up, had breakfast, went to Shakespeare’s Birthplace, then to the Theatre.
Saw Hamlet.
Went to the Stage Door.
Got almost crushed by the Mob (I’m turning in an expert on those!).
Went to the pub to have a delicious mushroom lasagna.
Spent hours in another pub, trying to pass time until the hour to go to sleep.
Ate dinner, went to sleep.
Sixth Day:
Went to Shakespeare’s Birthplace (again) to buy some things in the shop (ehem). On our way, we saw (well, I was the only one, at first XD) RTD eating an ice cream. Yay. Errrrm... We visited Nash House too, that’s a beautiful house from the same period, but had to left in a hurry to be at the Free Tour of the Courtyard Theatre that was at noon. Luckily, we arrived on time and we were able even to get to the stage! :D
Then we drove to London and left out TARDIS at Victoria (snif).
That evening, we didn’t do much… just discovered where the Apple Store was to try to see The Fratellis next day (they were giving a free concert on the 18th).
Seventh Day:
EMI’S BIRTHDAY! :D
We went to the Doctor Who Exhibition (EEEEEEE THE COAT EEEEEE BOE EEEEE DONNA’S BRIDAL DRESS!!!) and spent a couple of hours there. Again, if there’s something you want to see, I’ll post it! You just have to tell me! :D
Went to Westminster but couldn’t have a tour of the Houses of the Parliament because it was all very crowded : ( so we went to Oxford Circus to get something to eat (in a pub, the Argyll Arms, and a giant crème puff from Pippin’s MMMMMMMMMMMMM!) and then… to queue for the Fratellis.
It was windy, then it rained, and we stood there until WE FINALLY GOT IN. And oh my it was FANTASTIC! A free acoustic concert, they played 11 songs (both from the old album and the new) and it was wonderful. We tried to get an autograph but they stayed in the Apple Store to have dinner (wtf?) so, since we were really tired and it was already past 11 pm we went to the hotel to sleep.
Eight Day:
Went to the O2 to see the Tutankhamun exhibition (not everything in this trip is DW related, you know…), which was very interesting and the exhibits were beautiful and incredibly well preserved, and then to the Forbidden Planet. We got there in a bus that routed by Greenwich and halfway London, so it took us more than an hour XD We had a late lunch at Abeno’s, near the British Museum (a Japanese restaurant, really really good!) and then to the shop (by now, I’ll admit we wanted to buy some sonic screwdrivers BUT we hadn’t found them ANYWHERE. In this shop they didn’t have them either, so we were starting to feel a bit desperate XD).
Afterwards, we hurried to Leicester sq. to buy tickets for Under the Blue Sky (EEE CATHERINE TATE EEEEEEEEE CHRIS O’DOWD!!!!!!!!!), and yes, they had them half price. So we went, and enjoyed the play too. We had our program signed and even were able to get a photo with some of the actors (those two and Francesca Annis :D) BUT the photo with Catherine was made with Carla’s camera, so I don’t have that one…. Yet.
Ninth Day:
We visited the Courts of Justice and saw a woman with her wig on : ) (Yes, we’re silly like that :P). Then, did some shopping, found our screwdrivers and flied back to Spain.
And that’s it! IT WAS TERRIFIC! :D
(and the Hamlet Experience will have to go to another post, I’m sorry… Don’t worry, I’ll give you plenty of details*! <3)
(*like David wearing that AWFUL shirt that I hatehatehate, the one with the blue roses… ¬¬)

I look at you like that because you're mental, woman :)
XD
:D
*MWAH!*
Okay, now I know I'm ignorant, but who is the bloke in the hat standing between you ladies? *looks around shiftily*
